PCI provides a range of classes designed for individuals of all ages and genders. We have Adult Functional Fitness (from beginner to experienced) and Competitive Athletic Development (from youth to pro). Choose from our regularly scheduled classes, or book a private session or corporate/team group for a fitness experience customized to your specific requirements.
ADULT FITNESS
Circuit-style programming engages experienced members while allowing newcomers to progress at their own pace. Our inclusive class structure keeps everyone in sync, ensuring no one feels out of place. Our supportive coaches will guide you through your fitness journey. All classes are co-ed.

Members can participate in live classes virtually via Zoom.
Virtual sessions are run in conjunction with our Clarenville functional fitness classes so you get the full strength and conditioning experience.
