PCI offers a variety of classes suitable for all ages and genders. We offer two main streams of programming - Adult Functional Fitness (beginner to experienced) & Competitive Athletic Development (youth to pro). Class groupings range from single-gender to co-ed. Personal and team/corporate training sessions are also available.

Circuit-style programming challenges experienced members while allowing newer or less experienced members to go at their own pace. This class style also ensures new members can move in sync with the group without feeling out-of-place, bored, or left behind. Our fantastic team of knowledgeable and motivational coaches will help you achieve the proper exercise stimulus for where you are on your fitness journey!
CONDITIONING & CORE
A combination of high heart rate cardiovascular exercises, with some of our go-to core strengthening movements, making for an awesome caloric & muscle-burning workout!
