Power Conditioning Inc. is proud to serve as the Official Strength and Conditioning Provider for the Newfoundland Regiment Hockey Club of the QMJHL. This partnership brings together two organizations united by a shared commitment to elite performance and the development of Newfoundland athletes. Working in collaboration with the Regiment's health and performance staff through Ascend Health, PCI owner and head coach Ryan Power brings the same proven, results-driven methodology to the ice that has shaped countless athletes across the province.

 

For Ryan, this role goes beyond training — it's a reflection of what PCI has always stood for. As he put it when the partnership was announced: "It is a great honour to be named the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Newfoundland Regiment. To wear the Regiment logo — and all that it represents — is deeply meaningful. It will be a true privilege to work with this group of dedicated young athletes and contribute to their development both on and off the ice."
