We follow a Strength, Movement, Balance approach to health & performance. We believe in the strength of the Body, Mind, & Community. Moving Well & Moving Often. And Balancing your Life towards your Goals. To achieve this, we believe in placing effort on Training, Recovery, Nutrition, Mindset, and Connection with others.

A proper exercise program improves your strength & conditioning to improve your Functional Capacity - ability to do everyday activities, recreation, work, or sport. The programming should build strength, improve movement patterns, & create balance in muscles and mind to help you become a better version of yourself every time you come into the studio. This type of program also helps manage or prevent injury or chronic disease, improve body composition (build muscle and lose fat), and maintain a higher level of enjoyment through all stages of life.

Our programs use dynamic full-body functional movements in a coached, fun, 60-minute, class-based, technique-focused session!



Ryan’s passion for fitness all started during his childhood. He became a very active young athlete, playing several sports, but hockey was always his passion. Ryan competed in junior hockey leagues such as the OHL, QMJHL, MJAHL. He then moved on to play varsity hockey in the AUS/CIS circuit. Ryan continued to play competitively as a pro in the Central Hockey League and then Senior hockey in the CEHL, WCSHL. Ryan was also a member of the 2011 Allan Cup Champion Clarenville Caribous.

After his professional playing career ended, Ryan was recognized for his work with Andrews Hockey Growth Programs in PEI as their Director of off-ice conditioning and programming. Ryan graduated from the University of Prince Edward Island in 2005 and has since completed numerous certifications in the fitness field. 


A personal trainer, Fitness Instructor, Sports Conditioning Specialist, and a Master Trainer, Ryan currently operates his business in two locations; St John’s and Clarenville.

Ryan spends endless hours providing exceptional, certified fitness/training to individuals of all ages and ability levels to help optimize athletic potential or maintain/improve health and well-being. His expertise, along with his friendly and caring personality, brings fitness to a whole new level.
